These templates are designed for females/males to cook up a quick, minimal ingredient, calorie-conscious meals to support a healthy lifestyle.
They are ideal for people who want advice on what to eat but want enough flexibility to swap between different recipes for different days.
The meal templates are not designed for weight loss as they are not personalised for the individual's energy requirements. However, they all come with My Fitness Pal Barcodes if you are tracking your intake. They are also designed with the minimal targets I recommend as a nutrition coach. These include a minimum protein, fruit/vegetable requirement per meal for females/males. The templates also provide guidance on appropriate portion sizes for females/males
With the meals being calorie conscious you may find that these templates help support a weight loss journey. The meals use calorie windows with female breakfast/snack meals 350 kcals & under, lunch and dinner meals 450 kcal & under (apart from the pizza fake-away). For males breakfast/snack meals 500 kcals & under, lunch and dinner meals 500 kcal & under (apart from the pizza fake-away). I would recommend having 3x meals and 1x snack options per day.
