Habits with Hannah program

A one-off 6-week program which has a one-off payment of £21.

The habits with Hannah program is for people who are ready to change their mindset and work on the behaviours needed for weight loss without focusing on over complicating the process. 

Habits with Hannah Coaching includes:

  • Bi-weekly check-ins via a google form which once completed you will receive an email or a short video response from me regarding progress and steps moving forward. This = ACCOUNTABILITY!
  • 3-4x weekly emails with an explanation of the habit and then a video to watch. The email may have attached documents to help support you with that daily habit too
  • A weekly habit tracker print out
  • Recipes E-Book & Meal Ideas
  • Facebook & Email support
  • Online support via the Facebook members area
  • Full nutrition guidance if you need/have any questions during the program. Allowing you to build your own dietary habits with foods you like and still achieve your goals.

You will be establishing the habits and behaviours needed for long term sustainable weight loss!

Meal templates for weight loss success

These templates are designed for females/males to cook up a quick, minimal ingredient, calorie-conscious meals to support a healthy lifestyle.

They are ideal for people who want advice on what to eat but want enough flexibility to swap between different recipes for different days.

The meal templates are not designed for weight loss as they are not personalised for the individual's energy requirements. However, they all come with My Fitness Pal Barcodes if you are tracking your intake. They are also designed with the minimal targets I recommend as a nutrition coach. These include a minimum protein, fruit/vegetable requirement per meal for females/males. The templates also provide guidance on appropriate portion sizes for females/males

With the meals being calorie conscious you may find that these templates help support a weight loss journey. The meals use calorie windows with female breakfast/snack meals 350 kcals & under, lunch and dinner meals 450 kcal & under (apart from the pizza fake-away). For males breakfast/snack meals 500 kcals & under, lunch and dinner meals 500 kcal & under (apart from the pizza fake-away). I would recommend having 3x meals and 1x snack options per day.

  • Templates include 5x breakfast/snack options with 10 lunch/dinner options.
  • Templates will be emailed to you as a PDF document for you to download and print out (this will allow you to scan the barcodes).
